In new collaboration with composer Matteo Neri, Alejandra is working on a new libretto inspired by the life of the infamous Pablo Escobar.

The fast-paced story pits Escobar against his pursuer, Hugo Martínez, the commander of the police force tasked with finding the drug lord and bringing him to justice. Written in Spanish and paired with Neri's sumptuous score, Escobar will invite audiences on a journey of love, violence, and betrayal.

The selections here include Escobar's love duet with his wife Tata, and the prologue "Newsroom Aria" for the anchor Diana Turbay.
